Training Methodology, "A movement based training system which focuses on performance enhancement and injury reduction."
This methodology is organized into a Training System which first identifies an athletes strengths, weaknessess, imbalances and needs, and addresses them in order to improve the athletes ability to move. This is accomplished by training all of the aspects which improve athleticism (movement) in every session ie..Speed and Agility, Strength and Power, Mobility and Flexibility, NeuroMuscular Coordination and Conditioning.
The system is applied through the utilization of various Training Programs which have a multi disciplinary approach and a high degree of correlation between all of the elements. The end result is a stronger more powerful athlete who is more mobile and efficient in his or her movements
